Pink Saturday

Happy Pink Saturday. Hubby and I are in Beaver Creek for the weekend. We went to a fabulous fundraiser for CASA...(court appointed special advocates)....they have a silent auction every year to raise money. This year I won a fabulous gingerbread house. Every year I bid on one, and never seem to win. Well, this was my year. Here I am with the fabulous chef who made the house I won. (it was the first place house)....His name is Bernie Oswald, he is the chef at the Swiss Chalet in Vail. It is a wonderful fondue restaurant. He said this is the last year he is donating a house (he has won the past 7 years), because he is moving to Seattle. The house is beyond amazing. I will post more pictures when I get it home and can use my camera instead of my phone!! Be sure to stop by Beverlys at How Sweet the Sound. She is our wonderful hostess every week!!
Have a wonderful day.

Wow! What a fabulous house! Sounds like a great fundraiser. I've actually thought about being a child advocate at one time when I went thru foster care classes. I wanted to say thanks for the lovely matchbox! I have your #1 so in a few short days I'll be posting the reveal. :)
