Deck the halls Friday

I am so excited, I'm about to burst. Yesterday I found this beauty at an estate sale. It was $5!! My parents had one just like it when I was little. I have pictures of my sisters and myself sitting in front of it at Christmas. I have been looking for one to buy for several years, and finally found one.

Yes, the fire is very life like. haha It has an orange light and silver reflector paper to make the fire look so realistic. The box says " With Yule Logs that glow and reflect like a real fire".... oh, if only you could see it in person. The cardboard logs just make you want to grab a book and a cup of cocoa, and relax.
I thought the box was too stinkin' cute ....so I had to show it to you!!
Okay, The directions were easy to follow, and they are printed on the back of the box, so I won't have to worry about losing them, and then not being able to set this up at Christmas.

Oh Valarie Sweetie...
What a beautiful share today. I remember a friend in school had one, and I SO always wanted one too. How exciting to find one, and in such beautiful condition and for 5 bucks. Heck I would have paid 10 bucks. They can be put in so many room for ambiance. I can't wait to see it in place for the holidays.

I am so over the top thrilled for you. Isn't it wonderful when sometimes we just find the little heart's desire?

Have a beautiful day sweetie. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

That is so cute-I would love one of those. Each Christmas I play a DVD of a roaring fireplace which is kind of funny since it is the middle of summer over here...but, well, You need a fireplace at Christmas right!

Best wishes,
Natasha.
