Vintage Soda Fountain

So, my crazy husband is always doing some type of project at our house. Our basement is decorated in kind of a 50's vibe...we have a juke box, black and white checked floors, an old Pepsi bar with vintage stools, and lots of other goodies....so my hubby found this fabulous vintage soda fountain, and he had to have it. We had it delivered today, and I love it!! We need to have a few things done to it (hooking up the soda water, and getting the freezer up to par)...and then we will be able to host wonderful ice cream socials. hahaAs soon as we have it up and running, I will post some more pictures. I cannot wait to have you all over for a root beer float!!
Have a lovely day.

OMG! This is so cool! I've never known anyone who had their own soda fountain in their house. You are going to be very popular in the summer!

Hugs,
Joanne

I am totally pea-green with envy!!! That is super uber fab!

I had a Wurlitzer juke box for many years, but had to sell it when we moved to a condo - just no room.

Your basement sounds like fun - I want to be invited to the inaugural ice cream blast!

Caution! : When I was a student nurse, I baby sat for quite a few doctors. Everyone had just such a "soda fountain/ ice cream bar" in their gaming rooms. All but one had overweight wives! Hehehe This is a true story.
Enjoy yourself!

Libby....that is my fear...however, ice cream isn't as big a temptation to me as potato chips. haha
